Spread over 2 levels, it has a modern avant-garde interior. The spacious living-dining room enjoys plenty of light and is fully connected to the outside, the garden and the pool, thanks to the large windows that open completely. This makes the living space connected to the outside. It has a stylish open kitchen, cleverly designed so that it can be converted into a separate kitchen thanks to a large sliding door.   The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances and a large utility room. From the kitchen we access a large veranda with a fantastic barbecue to enjoy the gastronomy of the Costa Brava with the family.   On the same floor we find the sleeping area clearly separated, where we have a bedroom with bunk beds and trundle bed that can accommodate up to 4 people, a double bedroom with a bed of 160 cm, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom en suite with a bed of 180 and bathroom with shower. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes and access to the garden.   Arriving on the first floor we find the master suite with dressing room, a large bathroom with shower that connects to the outside world thanks to the large window, a separate toilet and a double bedroom with a king size bed that leads to a spectacular terrace where we can enjoy of the nature and tranquility of the Costa Brava, we find an outdoor shower on this terrace.   The exterior and garden of the house give us a feeling of great freedom thanks to the environment and the different spaces that we have at our disposal. The diversity of cactus plantations that we find allow us to enjoy the property in the middle of an environment full of peace and tranquility where We also find a pleasant chill-out area where we can enjoy the long summer evenings.   The ECO design swimming pool has a depth of 1.5m without a child safety system. The house has air conditioning and underfloor heating and the bathroom has wooden panels.   The rental price includes 4 hours of daily cleaning service. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE

Located in the Aigua Gelida area, this modern villa offers elegant and spacious accommodation, with a modern, stylish design. Given its southern exposure, the villa is bathed in sunshine all day long. It has beautiful views of the wooded hills and a beautiful private pool surrounded by a lawn. A little paradise to spend a great holiday! The house is distributed over two levels: The lower floor (at garden level), includes a large sunny living and dining room, with a fireplace, where you can enjoy the comfort of the house. The living room has large windows and direct access to a beautiful terrace, perfectly furnished for maximum outdoor enjoyment. From the terrace you have direct access to the beautiful pool, surrounded by lawn and equipped with sun loungers for sunbathing or relaxing. Next to the dining room there is a large kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances, separated from the dining room by a sliding door. On this floor you will also find a shower room. The staircase leads you to the night area, on the first floor. The night area includes two suites each with a double bed and a private bathroom with a bath, two rooms with two single beds, a room with a double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. Both suites and one of the two single beds have access to a large terrace overlooking the pool and the garden.All four bedrooms have air conditioning (surcharge of € 100 / week). Situated in one of the most beautiful areas in Tamariu this house sleeps 8 people. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in this house, with a modern spacious kitchen and dining room. Both contain ample luxury facilities.The house itself is located in a quiet area which is situated just above Tamariu. This house has a large garden with a lawn and a large private swimming pool. There is also more than one terace as to seek out either the sun or the shade. The house and the garden are all one level and they are on the same level too making it even easier to get around.The living room has double french doors which open up onto the terrace and the pool area. The living, dining and kitchen area are all open plan and therefore all situated together. The living room has a TV, DVD, Stereo equipment and a cosy fireplace.The kitchen is large and spacious and has ample luxury facilities, these include a dishwashing machine, a large fridge and freezer, a microwave, coffee machine as well as a toaster.Recently one of the two bathrooms was completely renovated and this is an extremely beautiful bathroom. The bathroom contains a bath, toilet, double wash basins and a modern spacious shower. The house contains four bedrooms in total. Three bedrooms have the luxury of doors which provide direct access to the garden. This accommodation is situated on a hill about 1kilometers distance away from Tamariu, so it is quite nearby. Tamariu is an old fishing village and has one of "The" most beautiful and sheltered bays in the Costa Brava. It also has a sandy beach instead of stones. There is also a small promenade, forbidden for cars, where there are a few excellent fish restaurants as well as lovely teraces to enjoy the view and the sun. Villa Pico in Tamariu is a completely renovated villa for 10 people, which will be new in our offer in 2024. A very cozy and stylishly furnished holiday home, with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. An ideal holiday home for a stay with children, because in addition to the large private swimming pool, this house has a trampoline, a table tennis table, a garden without stairs and you can easily walk to the lovely beach of Tamariu, the bakery and supermarket and the pleasant boulevard with nice terraces and restaurants. Perfect for a family holiday!   You enter the large living-dining room via the cozy covered terrace. What is immediately noticeable is the long dining table, with a wide variety of nice chairs around it. And although you will mainly be outside, the seating area with TV is also very cozy. The open kitchen is fully equipped, with a large American fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, electric stove, Nespresso, kettle and everything to make delicious meals. There will also be a large barbecue outside.   Also on the ground floor you will find a toilet and then via a corridor you will reach three double bedrooms and three new bathrooms with a shower, toilet and sink. Two of these bathrooms are ensuite, the third is opposite the third bedroom and can therefore also be used privately.   You reach the top floor via a beautiful staircase next to the kitchen. Here is a spacious bathroom with a shower, toilet, double sink and a large corner bath. Also on this floor is a bedroom with a double bed and a raised double bed. The fifth bedroom is also suitable for two people and also has a private terrace overlooking the pool. So a total of twelve places to sleep, but we rent the house for a maximum of 10 people, plus any babies.   The private swimming pool measures approximately 9 x 4 meters and has a built-in bench to relax in the water. The pool can also be covered and heated for a fee. There is beautiful artificial grass around the pool, making it always green. At the pool there are lovely sun beds and a cozy lounge area with shade. There is a trampoline next to the house. The separation from the neighbors will be planted with tall bamboo this winter, creating privacy. At the rear of the kitchen is another terrace with a view of the surrounding hills. Here is also the table tennis table and the utility room with, among other things, the washing machine and dryer.   This holiday villa is located less than a kilometer from Tamariu beach. Besides the fact that it is a nice beach, there is also a diving board on the rocks, where the children will have fun for hours. In Tamariu you can eat delicious food, sit on the terrace, but also rent a boat, or go diving and snorkeling. There are of course several other beaches and villages in the area that are worth visiting, such as: Llafranc, Calella de Palafrugell, Aiguablava, Sa Tuna, Sa Riera and of course Begur, Pals and Peratallada. We recommend to travel by car!
